Emily Watson

Lead Educator

Advanced Aesthetic Nurse - Registered Nurse with (MSc) education

With over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse and Level 7 education, I have dedicated the last 7+ years to becoming an Advanced Aesthetic Nurse, committed to excellence, safety, and ethical practice. My passion for aesthetics drives me to continually expand my knowledge and skills — travelling across the UK and internationally, including recent training in Geneva and Croatia, to ensure I deliver the highest standards of care and education.

I believe that safe and ethical practice begins with exceptional training. That’s why I ensure that both myself and the practitioners that work within the Aesthetic Training Hub uphold the very best standards in education, experience, and safety. My mission is to empower medical professionals entering the world of aesthetics with outstanding training, ongoing support, evidence-based knowledge, and business guidance — helping you build a confident, successful career in aesthetics.

Cerys Underhill

Advanced Aesthetic Nurse - Independent Nurse Prescriber

I’m Cerys, 33 and from Worcester. I have been a midwife for 10 years, began my aesthetics career in 2020 and qualified as a Level 7 Injector in 2022. I worked full time in aesthetics for almost 3 years before I decided to take a leap of faith and open my very own business.

Whilst I was building Phoenix Aesthetics Ltd, I continued NHS bank shifts and went back to university. I added ‘Independent Prescriber’ to my qualifications October 2024.

Lauren Sharrock

Registered Nurse - Aesthetic Nurse

I’m a registered nurse with a background in Accident & Emergency, qualifying in 2019 and spending the last few years on the frontline before joining the North West Ambulance Service as an Urgent and Emergency Care Clinician. Alongside my nursing degree, I also hold a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Examination.

I first trained in aesthetics back in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the blend of artistry and medicine — building a loyal client base before COVID hit. After balancing busy A&E shifts with running my own clinics, I decided to take a little time out to travel. I’m now back doing what I adore most. My goal is to help other nurses and medical professionals step confidently into aesthetics through safe, effective, and empowering training that truly celebrates the beauty of our profession.

My clinical approach combines advanced medical expertise with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and artistry to deliver safe, natural-looking results tailored to each individual.

For the past 9 years, I have maintained Save Face accreditation, reflecting my ongoing commitment to excellence, ethics, and patient safety. My clinic is also CQC regulated, ensuring the highest standards of care, hygiene, and governance in every aspect of treatment.

Whether delivering evidence-based anti-aging solutions or guiding patients through bespoke treatment plans, my goal is always the same — to help clients look refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves.

Cerys Underhill

Advanced Aesthetic Nurse - Independent Nurse Prescriber

I am a qualified Midwife (2016) with a strong clinical foundation in women’s health, safety, critical decision making, and patient-centred care. My background has shaped my meticulous, calm, and evidence-based approach to practice, with skills that translate seamlessly into advanced aesthetic medicine.

I hold a Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine and am an Independent Prescriber, allowing me to assess, prescribe, and treat autonomously with patient safety and clinical governance at the forefront of every decision. I am also a CMAC member within the complications group, reflecting my commitment to advanced complication management, continuous learning, and maintaining the highest standards of care within the industry.

Alongside clinical practice, I am a conference speaker and educator, with a particular interest in raising standards, encouraging ethical practice, and supporting practitioners to develop safe, confident, and sustainable aesthetic careers.

My clinical philosophy centres on natural, refined results, achieved through in-depth consultation, individualised treatment planning, and a thorough understanding of facial anatomy. I believe exceptional aesthetic outcomes begin with education, integrity, and a patient-first mindset. Values that underpin both my treatments and my approach to training.
